Qualification & Eligibility

Partners are ranked based on Total Contract Value (TCV) of eligible NinjaOne deals closed between 1 January and 30 June 2026. The top five partners qualify.

Each winning partner may nominate one representative from their organisation to attend, plus one guest.

Winners are scheduled to be announced on 15 July 2026.

The getaway is currently planned for September 2026. Exact dates will be confirmed closer to the event.

Reward Details

The experience generally includes:

Return flights to Hamilton Island
Transfers to Hayman Island
Three nights accommodation for two
Meals and beverages
Two curated activities
One couples spa experience
Networking events and hosted experiences

Final inclusions may vary slightly based on logistics.

No. The getaway is non-cash and cannot be substituted.

No. The reward is not transferable except for the nominated guest accompanying the winner.

Travel & Event Logistics

HAT Distribution coordinates flights, accommodation, transfers, and activities.

Winners are responsible for:

Travel insurance
Personal spending
Visas if required
Any applicable taxes

If a winner cannot attend, the reward may be forfeited at HAT's discretion.

If events outside reasonable control occur, such as weather, travel restrictions, or safety concerns, the event may be changed, postponed, or cancelled.

Performance Safeguards

Yes. The program includes minimum commercial performance safeguards. If overall program performance falls below required levels, the event may be extended, modified, or cancelled.

No. These safeguards apply to the overall program, not individual partners.

How the Reward Works

Eligible NinjaOne deals closed during 2026 may earn a reward calculated as a percentage of total contract value.

Rewards are typically issued periodically throughout the year after deal validation.

Only approved NinjaOne deals validated through HAT's internal systems qualify.

Eligibility & Conditions

Yes. Opt-in is required to participate.

$10k TCV AUD

Reward structures may be adjusted where necessary to maintain program fairness or viability.

Payment & Reward Conditions

Rewards are issued in incentive format and cannot be substituted for cash unless explicitly stated.

Participants are responsible for any personal tax obligations.

If a deal is cancelled, refunded, or materially reduced, associated rewards may be adjusted or reversed.
